Job description:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently design jig/fixture mechanical structure schemes, and create DFM to communicate and explain to customers;
2. Requires experience in jig/fixture tooling design for server motherboards and peripheral products, familiar with functional testing, burning and downloading, RF testing, etc., jig/fixture structural design;
3. Proficient in the design of PCBA functional test jigs, including needles/carriers/top plates, and the design of finished product interfaces;
4. Familiar with 3D design, 2D drawing, tolerance calculation, material selection, BOM generation, debugging and verification, exception handling, etc., of jigs/fixtures development processes; understands commonly used standard parts, is familiar with probe, pneumatic components and motor selection, and understands the properties of commonly used materials;
5. Solve technical problems in the product production and assembly process, and make optimizations and improvements (understanding of processing processes);
6. Cooperate with business to understand customer needs on-site and explain customer questions;
7. On-site debugging and after-sales support.
Job Requirements:
1. Junior college or above, majoring in mechanical manufacturing or mechatronics;
2. 3 to 6 years of experience in testing fixture design, proficient in mechanical principles, mechanism design, able to independently design and follow up on automated/semi-automated fixtures, quick and agile problem-solving, strong communication skills;
3. Proficient in using SolidWorks & AutoCAD and other design software;
4. Obedient, responsible, team-oriented, rigorous and meticulous work, innovative thinking, strong communication and response ability.
