Job description:

Skill Requirements:
1 Junior college degree or above, majoring in mechatronics or business administration;
2 More than two years of experience in non-standard automation equipment and various testing fixture industries PM Management (experience in the entire project process from project evaluation and demand initiation to project acceptance is preferred);
3 Proficient in common computer software;
4 Possess a certain degree of pressure resistance, logical analysis ability, language organization ability, and good coordination ability.

Job Responsibilities:
1 Based on the needs provided by sales or customers, organize the team to participate in the preliminary communication of project cooperation and technical exchanges with customers;
2 Based on customer order requirements, organize the team to complete the scheme formulation and cost calculation, and formulate the project delivery plan;
3 According to the dispatch information provided by sales, initiate projects, organize teams, start project meetings, and arrange project delivery plans;
4 Responsible for docking with clients, coordinating customer-supplied materials and timely provision of customer-supplied products, and providing clients with the latest needs to the company in a timely manner;
5 Monitor project management progress, assist in handling project exceptions, ensure that the project proceeds according to the predetermined plan, and ensure normal project delivery;
6 Monitor the on-site debugging progress of the project, assist customer service in promoting the project to achieve acceptance conditions as soon as possible, and take the lead in promoting the debugging progress if necessary;
7 Follow up and promote project acceptance, monitor project invoicing and payment status;
8 Customer relationship maintenance: Assist sales in maintaining existing customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction and order volume.
