I. Basic Situation
National Small and Medium-sized Enterprises The National Equities Transfer System Co., Ltd. on 2025 Year 5 Month 19 Day released the "Announcement on the Release of 2025 Year's Third Batch of Innovation Layer Entry Decisions" (Stock Transfer Announcement [ 2025 ] 213 No.), Shenzhen Microtest Automation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") will be transferred to the Innovation Layer. The entry decision will take effect from 2025 Year 5 Month 20 Day onwards.

The Company complies with Article 7, Paragraph (1) of the "National Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Equities Transfer System Layered Management Measures", namely, the net profit in the past two years is not less than 1,000 yuan, and the average weighted average return on net assets in the past two years is not less than 6% ，the total share capital as of the start date of the entry is not less than 2,000 yuan.

According to the market level adjustment procedure, the company will be transferred to the innovation layer from 2025 Year 5 Month 20 Day onwards.
